Gold plated or stainless steel hooks available. Both are nickel free. 

In case of occasional shortage materials, purchases will be shipped in a week. Packages are shipped via USPS first-class mail with tracking . We will message the tracking number to you.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me by email within 5 days of receiving the item, I will offer a full refund if the item is returned unused, non personalized and in perfect condition within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for the return postage.

There is a 30 day window on returns or undelivered items. You will need to contact postal service thereafter.
